Comfortable Plastic Pants

I ordered PVC plastic pants from Amazon and they work great for containing leaks. My cloth diapers have a PUL layer but they tent to leak around the legs. My only complaint with the plastic pants is that they dig into my skin at the elastic and it can get painful. They are not too tight it is just the ridges cause by the elastic in the pvc that are causing the pain. Are there any out there that are more comfortable

Try the plastic pants from adultclothdiaper.com, I wear them all the time. They are really comfortable, get the correct size, that might be why the others are digging.

I have these and they are very comfy, have worn overnight and no problems, and very handy you can pop them on and off, very convenient.

I am in the same boat as you. I also have cloth diapers that have a pul layer which works well except for around my legs. That’s where they star to leak for me as well. So I thought I would put a pair of plastic pants over them and that worked out perfect. But they start to dig into my skin around my legs and hips even though there is plenty of room. When wearing the plastic pants over the pul cloth diaper covers, I was surprised how much longer I could actually wet and wear them. Somehow I stoped wearing the cloth diaper covers with pul and moved on to just wearing cloth with the plastic pants. Which I really do prefer and it is really comfortable. I just have the problem with the digging in my skin part. if I wear plastic pants with soft elastic (like on underwear) around the leg holes & waist, that is where the wetness will go through.

I just got an order with some plastic pants from Haian today. First I ordered them in large but they were so huge, so I sent them back and ordered them in small. But they were to small so ordered the medium and they fit me well.

Now after watching 2 movies I went to change and I then could just feel how they dug in to my skin as I started to walk towards the bathroom. And then as I started to take the plastic pants off, I was hurting pretty bad:

I have been reading good things about the Gary wear active. So I ordered me one to try, but it will take a while until I get it here in Germany. I really hope that they are good and if they are, I will definitely be ordering more. I need to find something that doesn’t dig into my skin and that is really comfortable. Good luck to you! And let us know if you find something!

I think that over several hours, most plastic pants will leave a red line and hurt to some degree. I moved a size up from small to medium and that has helped a little.

Your delicate areas will toughen up with time. My diaper nether regions used to be quite sensitive years ago, now I’ve got the rhino:rhino: tush. Even diaper rash is far more rare than when I first began wearing 24/7. Stay padded, get yourself some rhino skin!

My issue though is that I have restless legs, and the tight leg cuffs of plastic pants make this worse for me.

I like the PUL plastic pants that Changing Times Diaper Company sells, I have two pairs. - https://www.changingtimesdiaperco.com/collections/incontrol-pull-on-pul-pants
