So I was sitting in my chair at my computer when my wife asks to look at my phone. She wanted to see if should could get any birthday ideas from pictures I had taken. However, I had completely forgotten about a recent picture that I took of myself in a soaking wet pullup. After opening my photos she asks “why is there a picture of a guy in a diaper on your phone?” She doesn’t know about my DL side. I immediately tense up and and feel the fear rush through my body. I respond “what are you talking about?”, I knew EXACTLY what she was talking about. She showed me the picture and I acted as confused as possible. I said “I have no idea how that got there”. She grinned and in a smug voice said “you like guys in diapers don’t you?” Thankfully she didn’t recognize that I was the guy in the diaper. I denied it but I don’t think I convinced her. I took the phone and promptly deleted the picture and gave her the phone back. Since then she hasn’t asked about the picture
A part of me wanted to tell her that it was in fact me and that I enjoy wearing diapers but I was so shocked that I couldn’t bring myself to do it. Maybe this will be a stepping stone to open her up to DL life especially considering her reaction. It wasn’t disgust or confusion but a playful curiosity
I agree… She should know. And I wouldn’t see that as a negative. I’m sure your fetish has brought you a lot of happiness. It doesn’t have to be a bad thing. There’s a lot of us out here. All very normal people with wives and husbands just like you.
Damn thats a serious close call, skin of your teeth stuff.
Smooth save though man. I reckon you should consider telling her man, it will be super scary but 100% worth it in the long run. Secrets just turn into problems with relationships, especially the longer you leave them
When my wife hesitantly told me about her masturbating the night before b/c she was pregnant with raging hormones I told her about my desire to wear diapers. Her moment of vulnerability inspired me to be bold enough to tell her something I had never told anyone…ever. That was thirteen years ago. While it has not always been fun talking about it, it was definitely worth it in the end. She is not kind of okay with me wearing them at night and as long as she and our son can’t tell I have them on. It does seem like your wife’s response to the picture was one of curiosity. Worth it to bring it up. If only just to get it off your chest.
I imagined Spongebob when he catches Squidward at the Krabby Patty vault, realizing Squidward likes Krabby Patties. “You like Krabby Patties, don’t you?” huge grin
My wife found out about me in a similar way in that she found my diaper order on our computer. I told her and things turned out well as she was very accepting. She didn’t participate as a “mommy” but she would buy me things like plushies, onsies and footed jammies.
that makes me so happy, i dont know why but i love that. hearing about how others have made the ABDL lifestyle work even if its through acceptance and not participation, is amazing regardless!
I dont know the situation but the way you tell it makes it sound as if she was lauging ( i take it she was teasing) saying hey you like guys in diapers. Just the fact she can joke/laugh about it makes it sound as if she’s open minded. I’d tell her…if she didnt freak out or act grossed out proves she can probably take it.
