so as I worked a shift earlier and there were far fewer people around than normal I decided to pack a Diaper in my bag just in case i felt like padding up mid shift
I did follow through and immediately afterwards it was like a switch flipped, I felt more at ease
I felt less stressed out and nervous, even though something always seems to be on my mind
I know quite obviously from feeling if I am Diapered or just have regular underwear on and for some reason Diapers are like a security blanket
And maybe in some way I was also bugging out a bit internally as im normally diapred the full weekend and I held off just for work
Absolutely! I have high anxiety (amongst other delightful mental issues), but when I’m padded, the “noise” is turned down. It’s almost like I’m being hugged, and there’s always this grin I have to hold back.
Same feelings for me, it’s amazing. Though, I didn’t really feel confident, comfortable, and happier until I wore a diaper shirt/onesie with my diaper. The onesie took away all fears that my diaper would peek out, and the onesie helps keep the diaper all in place and comfortable, like if youre doing house work or bending over or something.
It’s like I have a superman cape on, under my pants :ROFLMAO:
I wonder if these feelings only happen to us; or if a 100 vanilla people took a challenge and wore an ABDL diaper for a day how many would report back saying they actually enjoyed it. 0%? 10%? more?
I find comfort in diapers. I went 2 days without wearing a diaper and I had anxiety attacks. So now I am diapered 24/7. If not in diapers I wear pull-ups under my leggings and yoga pants. I am totally diaper dependent.
I find being padded to be calming and reduces stress and anxiety. I won’t wear to work though as I have to change into a uniform in a locker room prior to entering the production area. I do get padded when I get home, and currently working from home, I am padded most days.
Can’t wear at work but the sleeps I have wearing a diaper are the best. They are deep and rejuvenating. The satisfaction carries over into the day and makes me a more at-ease guy all day. By 7pm my thoughts drift as I look forward to taping one on before bed. This must be what my joint smoking friends seek lol.
I don’t wear at work but they do help me relax and unwind after work. Something about coming home, sitting in a fresh diaper and t-shirt a pacifier and my stuffed Pinkie Pie just helps let the stress dissolve away.
It calms me too, but I also don’t wear to work I started wearing more at the quarantine and I am working more from home so sometimes I wear sometimes not, but after I am done working I put it on , sometimes get my bink too but most of the time is the diaper and iPad games
I just took a shower, after my workout. I grabbed my clothes and my onesie from my drawer and just doing that felt so comforting. Putting my diaper on, getting dressed, and then going about my day is such a relaxing and empowering.
I wonder if there is something psychological where it triggers emotions I had as a child where my parents would diaper me and then get me dressed up. The diaper was like a secret safety net that protected me from embarrassing myself and peeing my pants. It ensured I could have a worry free sleep. Security and protection.
As a man and an adult I will go out in public and feel so great knowing that I have my ABDL diaper on.
Like most here have said, I don’t wear at work, but diapers do indeed help if you’re feeling pent up afterwards. The act of putting the diaper on is probably the most calming thing for me. It’s a delicate process that requires a few steps to get the snuggest fit possible. Putting in the extra effort always pays of
I wear pull ups at work and they definitely help calm my anxiety. It’s got to the point where I just can’t face work without a pull up on. Definitely a calming security blanket.
I’ll pile on here. Once you get past a cursory fear of being noticed (which is unlikely) I find it quite relaxing. I’ve been Mostly 24/7 for the past month at home, work, just about everywhere. I feel more at ease and less anxious. It’s also helped me cut back on drinking. I can honestly say diapers have been beneficial to my health.
It seems that a lot of us have this is common! I always feel when I’m wearing a nappy. I don’t wear them to work, and I don’t have as much opportunity to wear them at home as I would like, but whenever I am able to be in nappies, I find that I’m more relaxed and content. I also find that I’m less likely to snack, which can otherwise be a bit of a struggle for me. I also find that I’m better able to cope with the other challenges in life when I’m able to have some time at home in nappies, and that can last for a few weeks.
As @onecho said, wearing a nappy is like being hugged, and that’s really how it feels for me too. And isn’t life always better with a hug?
