Bambinos/ Pullups

I just bought my first full pack of Bambinos diapers. I have tried a few different samples there in the past, but never bought a full pack. Mainly because I’m a Tykables girl as my main brand of diaper. I pleasantly found out when I received my Sun N Fun Bambino diapers in the mail, I got two free diaper samples of the Magnifico Slip-On diapers. I think it’s cool that I got the samples for free because of how expensive ABDL samples are which makes me likes Baminos a little more. Also, I think it’s cool that they have a baby designed diaper in the form of a pullup. I know a lot of ABDLs do not like pullups because you cannot get the same fit or capacity as a tabbed diaper which is true, but I still like pull-ups for when I wanna try to be a big girl, but ultimately fail. Also, better and more discrete for public use. It’s great that it has baby print for the pullup, but definitely not the cutest design; however, still a step in a good direction.

Sun n Fun? Boy, it’s been a while since I’ve been to the Bambino site…

I like the idea of having a quality adult pull up with baby designs, though I wish they would basically be a thicker better fitting version of goodnites (bonus points for huggies pull ups!). I’m not a fan of the 360 waist band and the one early sample of the Bambino pullups I had were TERRIBLE! I was super let down.

But, like you said, step in the right direction. I wish they would keep stepping though lol.

Could somebody tell me what was so poorly received about the Bambinos pull-ups? I know the community is already pretty biased against pull-ups, but from what I’ve seen, they’ve been trashed for reasons which seem to be worse than usual. I’ve never tried them, but being a huge pull-ups fan (they play a big part in my age regression), I’d kind of like to know what the problem was.

They were built by basically trimming the wings off a bellissimo and turning it into a long pad (with leak guards) and gluing it into a hair net.

I LOVE pull ups. I regularly wear goodnites and up&up brand sleep pants. But those actually feel like pull ups. The magnifico pull ups were thick, but not super absorbent (I leaked first wetting and it wasn’t even a flood) because of the way they fit. It feels like a loose, enlarged pad that doesn’t hug the skin very well. Like, flimsy cardboard with padding on it???

Plus the stretchy 360 sides makes them feel more like granny panties instead of the kid pull ups I love so much. Even though the pull away sides aren’t the best for big adults, they’re what make me feel like a little boy wearing little boy pull ups.

Omg this made my day lol!
