Just ordered my first batch of cloth diapers with plastic pants from baby-pants (yay!). I know I’ve ordered a onesie from them a LONG time ago and just now couldn’t log into my account from before. So, after messing with it for a while, I just created a whole new account and had a hell of a time getting it to work. I finally received a confirmation e-mail of payment (at least) but nothing to confirm my account creation or anything along those lines. The website software on here is really tripping me up and making me wonder whether they’re still doing business or if there’s an error with my computer software. The Copyright says 2020, so I’m assuming they’re still going strong? Idk, it’s a weird set-up from whoever made the site. Love the layout, design, and products, but this site is killing me!
I’m using firefox with a windows 10 OS on a pretty poorly made Dell laptop that doesn’t have room for any updates anymore (I really should’ve done better research on this thing before buying it…).
Any advice on how to make it more user friendly (like different browser, etc.) or, at least your experiences using it to confirm that they’re still legit and operating in business? I really don’t want to drop $82 for this whole thing to fall apart. Especially because I love what they have to offer.
