baby bottles

Hey what are some of the stuff y’all drink in your bottles? how many do you have? how often do you use and where?

Also, what is the best tasting (read: least revolting) baby formula according to an adult?

I have a ton of baby bottles and sippy cups. Probably too many if I’m honest lol. I like to drink warm milk (plain and flavored) juice, flavored water, plain water, and hot coco out of my bottles. I currently only use them when I’m at home, mainly since I don’t want people staring at me and I don’t want to lose them. My favorites are the Nuk closer to nature, Tomee Tippee wide neck (I don’t remember the real name), Comotomo, and Mam 3. They all fit in the mouth nicely, your face doesn’t touch the plastic, and they’re anti-colic so the nipples don’t collapse as easily as ones that aren’t anti-colic. The Nuk are the lowest on my scale when it comes to not caving in. I can’t sickle as long on a Nuk as I can on my Tommee Tippee or Comotomo. All formula is going to taste awful since it’s meant for babies and not adults. I suggest buying either powdered cows milk (avoid goat milk bc it tastes funny, I speak from experience), carnation instant breakfast powder, or something like that. Since it’s made for adults it won’t make you sick and it’ll taste way better.

I’ve never tried baby formula, but I drink a lot of cow’s milk from my bottle. I only have one, the Rearz adult bottle with the Safari characters on it. I want to try one of the long “adult nipples”, they look like they would be a better size for my mouth, even though they lack the aesthetic of a real baby bottle.

My bottles are 25-ounce water bottles which look like Gerber baby bottles…with adapters, Nuk rings & Nuk toddler nipples. Got 4, in 4 different colors. They get loaded with purified water and a moderate shot of Walmart Simply Clear drink enhancer in grape, strawberry lemonade or strawberry watermelon. One full bottle at bedtime is a terrific diaper-soaker! :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

I have 3 bottles My Tommie Tippie is my favorite, by far. I also have an Avant anti colic (ok for thinner liquids) I wasn’t much impressed with the third so I dont remember the beans. I think a Mam ,but not sure.

In the morning I have a protein shake in my Tommie

I do a lot of driving and I found Tommie Tippie’s nipple and ring fits on my water bottle. So I use that it the Avant in the car. Usually flavored water.

At night I ho to bed with Tommie filled with either almond or oat milk , a squeeze of Hersheys simple if I have been good. Lately that’s not too often.

I also sick my pacifiers constantly throughout the day as long as i am alone – which is most of the day.

Good luck exploring

Best tasting milk for me is actamil stage 2

I only drink from baby bottles or sippy cups at home.

So any drink I have from formula to coffee has to bring one off them

Actamil stage 2 best formula

Pretty much anything I would normally drink (except milkshakes!): milk, chocolate milk, fruit drinks, water, sodas.

But my favorite is cranberry juice.

Flavored water, iced tea, coconut water here!

Or 2 to 3 glasses water before bed. I’m still at home so can’t use my bottle all that frequently.

Some how on some order someone sent me a watermiser bottle which I use when lying in bed. This a lot easier to drink with because no more spills. Some times I fill them with soda or juice. When I find that I start grinding my teeth I will use a pacifier; something I wish I used a long time ago. I told the dentist about it and to my surprise he thought it was a good idea. I don’t like the teeth guards because I feel that I will swallow them but with the pacifier I don’t feel that bad.

So some baby items work very will for adults.

can you post a photo I wonder how you adapted it.

Here’s one of the four…

I removed the water bottle top and cut it down just enough to open it up and yet save the inner silicone O-ring & its recess; then I cut the top off of a Nuk Perfect Fit bottle (just below the radius into the side), and adhered it to the modified water-bottle top with food-safe silicone adhesive. Once cured, I assembled it all…there’s the bottle! :hugging:
