So I have been trying to improve how I draw humans. I thought I do something silly and do some free art in the progress as well as get feedback on what you think I could be improved on.
I am trying different eye types right now because non of it is sticking for me. Circlular doens’t look right fully, Oval seems to crazy idk just altering it per pic.
Basically post a pic or describe yourself if you don’t want to link any IRL version of yourself, with a pose idea and what not. Please include your baby/little age cause I am drawing those pictures at that age.
I will go through and pic at random people that I will redraw in their little/baby age.
sure go ahead. like I said you don’t have to send a pic you can describe how you’d like to look with like example skin colors/tot outfits from google with a pose idea.
I only said image cause idk seems cuter to have a legit person image you took babified lol .
Pinterest has a lot of hints for artists so examine them to improve your work. I’ve seen art work that looked like 3 D. Drawings not the street chalk work (which is awesome!).
My main thing is I am good at drawing furries and what not, I just want to improve on human art.
I’ve looked at stuff online and a lot of human stuff advice doesn’t really fit the style I want, so I am going to have to just draw them more to improve skill with them.
Maybe its just me but I am always stuck in-between trying to be realistic/cartoony/anime like. I just don’t know where I wanna go lol.
I am trying to capture that feeling of “I wanna cuddle them”.
Then when i was like in a anime mood I drew this but it has aspects I don’t like. Like the cheeks look to round. The hair is better in this one though. It also deviates away somewhat from the typical anime style people like.
I would totally melt if you took the time to give some art of my blue puppy character but I can try to give you a piece of art in return (although wouldn’t be fair as your like a billion times better then me. ) but if your wanting human maybe referencing my icon?
Thank you for your kind consideration, woof(posted below is a cute sketch and a color reference. Hehehe puppy who wears bunnyhopps and has long earsies:smiling_face_with_3_hearts::smiling_face_with_3_hearts:
Outstanding! Don’t be afraid to try other topics to draw. Examine carefully the art that everyone loves. What common characteristics are in each one? Eyes, shading, sunlight, etc. I recently saw a sponsored pop up on FB of the art of a young woman in the late 19th century. She did paintings, sculptures and writing. The paintings of people had one characteristic. The clothing and background was dull but the hands and face were bright and detailed.
