I made a tier list with what I feel is sort of the babiest looking abdl diapers.

Reasoning behind certain decisions:

I might need to add another tier though cause some of the ones in D need to be lower IMO. This list is based more on modern diaper design theme and color. So things like the SDK won’t get the S tier even though they were a legit baby diaper. Some diapers are higher because they might have one design int he pack that is cute, or cause the design is close to being cuter.

*Example: *Qtty diapers have some cute aspects about them but they have so much going on that they look ugly. Someone tried to hard to make a design and slapped designs all over. They would be improved by just removing certain pieces.

The only diaper that fits what I said was cushies, because cushies were a legit baby diaper before they were a abdl one.

Also this list is just personally for me xD. If you want to post the one you think is better go ahead. I am curious anyways to see what others feel.

WOAH I’ve never seen the diaper that cushies are modelled after, that’s amazing. ABU certainly corners the market on authenticity then for sure! Bambino belissimo is pretty good too.

As a modern baby I would always go for the kiddo 100%, it’s most reminiscent of a modern diaper in terms of pattern and colouring.

I only put them up there cause of one design tbh. The other designs are like a B/C to me. I do like the idea of them being like a different diaper per day.
