I remember I outgrow bedwetting at age 13. My 11 year old sis has the problem too ( I sometimes steals Goodnites from her ; )) Wonder if bedwetting is hereditary.
There’s an enormous amount of evidence that bedwetting is hereditary, especially for boys.
I was a bedwetter until 13 but my brother never did past like 3-4.

I grew up in a family of 4 kids and am the second oldest but was the only child who wet my bed. With me my mom always had 2 kids in diapers. My younger brother who is 2.5 years younger than me was potty trained before I was. My sister is 10 years younger than me and was dry at night at 3 but I was 12 still wetting my bed and wearing diapers or pull ups

I wet the bed till 6, maybe 7 years. My older sister never had any wetting issues. I later found out my dad wet the bed, and I think he was a bit older then me, when he stopped. Makes me wonder if, my grandfather also wet the bed?

I’ve got 2 brothers and I’m the middle child. Both me and my older brother wet the bed until we were teenagers but my younger brother never wet the bed. This made mornings even more embarrassing for both of us as we both woke up wet and he woke up dry and laughed at both of us.

I have two younger brothers and I was the only one who wet the bed. I wet the bed until I was 14 and wore tape diapers until I was 8, my little brother’s pull-ups when he finished potty training for a year until I was 9 and then I wore Goodnites until I was 14.

Only one sibling (a younger sister) for me. I wet the bed but she did not.

I think I was the only one in my main family line to grow up as a bed wetter.
Though for a short time, my third cousin was. But not for a long time.

I wet the bed until I was 13 or 14. Only one in my family that did as far as I know.

I wet the bed right up to my early 20’s. My Sister was completely dry at 2. My Mother was a late bedwetter and wasn’t completely dry at night until her late teens. We had a great unlce who wet his bed al his life.

I was dry at night at nearly 4. My sister was dry at night sometime around the age of 3 as I remember her asking why she had to wear a nappy at night and our Mum said that if she could keep them dry every night for a week she could wear knickers.
She was out of them very soon after that, so I suspect that she could have been dry even earlier but may have just been weeing in them for convenience at that age.

I was the only kid in my family that wet the bed. My dad did occasionally when he was young, but not every night. I wet the bed until i was nearly 14.

I never stopped wetting the bed and have continued in to adulthood. I don’t have any siblings but my cousin also still wets the bed as a young adult.

I inherited it from my Mother. She was a late bedwetter like me. My Sister obviously has my fathers side more than me.

I have a aunt who did it and I think one of my cousins did it to. Now I know my niece and nephew also wet at night. My so who is 10 does also and we have him wear a youth diaper at night and goodntes in the day because of his autism

I was the one who wet the bed the longest out of 4 siblings, my father wet the bed on occasions , I have two grandsons who have wet the bed and still wear pull-ups to bed at 12 and 14 and a few nieces and nephews that are wetters so i guess it is somewhat in our family tree ( or bed ).

I have 2 older brothers, but I was the only one in my family to wet the bed. And they always made a point to tease me about it too. I had a cousin that was a bedwetter also, but he outgrew it around 8 years old. Not aware of anyone else in my family being a bedwetter. I continued regularly wetting the bed and having accidents until I was about 16 years old. Went from tape diapers, to plain white Goodnites, and then back into medical diapers with tapes. And always with plastic or rubber panties overtop. Started wetting the bed again as an adult and with incontinence issues continuing to develop, wearing diapers is now the norm for me.

Wearing nappies is the norm for me too. Some of us are just made this way.

No, I was not. My older brother also wet the bed. Not sure about my folks cuz they never mentioned they did or did not. I grew out of it like in 4th grade and my brother in middle school. We never wore protections. Just plastic mattress covers and vinyl pads with absorbant material. It wasn’t a big deal so it was pretty normal to have accidents. When we wake up wet in the middle of the night, we just go to the restroom to change clothes, grab a bath towel to cover up the wet spot and then go back to bed. And then deal with the laundry in the morning.
