Anyone know any non-plasticky plastic pants?

I’ve struggled with sensory issues for a while, and I’ve always had an issue with overly plasticky noises and sensations. Something about waterproof clothing like Jackets just sends shivers down my spine, anyone else? I’m looking for a pair of plastic pants, but I’m worried that they will trigger this and it will be a waste. Does anyone know any that might work for me?

sidenote: I’m talking about PVC kind of plastic, the soft plastic on a diaper is completely fine but the rough, noisy plastic is what I absolutely cannot stand x3

Kins makes a really nice plastic pants with very soft and quiet plastic

I would try the PUL plastic pants. It’s some sort of soft plastic over fabric. You can even put them in the washing machine but let them line dry. I put mine on a plastic hanger to air dry.

Very true. I have a pair of pul pants that are cloth like but have some kind of plastic barrier built into the fabric. They are very effective at containing odors and leaks.

I bought them thinking they were what I wanted(loud an plasticky) but the BabyKins “Tuffy” pants are dead silent.

You might try the Salk brand of waterproof pants.

Its pretty quiet. cloth on the outside with sprayed on plastic coating on the inside to make it waterproof.
