Can anyone recommend some good medical diaper from the usa , i heard of the brand tranquility is not bad and that depends sucks , are there any other good ones that are not abdl ones as those are super expensive to ship to my country . I prefer medical ones too as i grew up wearing those so i might want to try some from the usa .

Betterdry from Northshore is a no-frill straight-up quality medical one. Runs smaller for thinner frame people, though. If you’re not thinner/petite, then check out Megamax.

Who is the dufus that made the rearz website where you now have to buy the white diapers from a separate site from the printed ones? If I want to buy a case of incontrol elites and a case of little monsters its annoying that I have to check out separately. I get that you guys want to separate your abdl products from your medical style products for the vanilla incontinent crowd but does it really need to be a whole song and dance for those of us who appreciate both?
I can understand where you are coming from but this allows us to offer cheaper pricing, better shipping prices and more. We hope you understand.
I use megamax for work and betterdry’s for everyday around the house. Megamax is amazing but you get fewer per pack. Betterdry’s are amazing also but I find that the stuffing comes apart about 4-6 hours in.

the problem with this country is that it takes awhile for anything to get delivered, and shipping costs are a bitch Dx
yep shipping costs are insane , i could have bought 2 of the same item with the shipping cost especially from USA to Asia .
