Has anyone had an issue with ABU customer service not responding? I sent in an email last week got a response and now nothing back in return. Getting to be a little disappointed.

I know they were overloaded with orders on Black Friday and cyber Monday.
I have had wonderful service, but I raised a support ticket for my issue, was dealt with very quickly
They have been outstanding with every order and question I’ve had with them.
I’m going to consider ordering from them around Christmas time or so when i get some money. Sp hopefully I don’t run into any of your problems.
Hopefully it gets squared away quickly.
