I was watching the old cartoon of Timon and Pumbaa and see what I found in the episode “Swiss Missed”! Was it just a joke from the producers or an ABDL reference maybe?
I’ve seen Elmer Fudd in a cloth diaper before, was just an occasional gag in those days. Kinda like a portent of diaper punishment for kids after Pampers came out…and into the late '70s/early '80s.

I think I remember Buster on Tiny Toons wearing a diaper in one episode, but I forget the details.

That or on Animaniacs, when Dr. Scratchansniff tells Hello Nurse, after a quick sniff, “Your mother used Pampers!”

Or on the Daffy Duck cartoon movie “Fantastic Island” when he welcomes his guests off the plane…and among the racing crowd that runs Daffy over is a big, brown bear in a diaper.

Power Puff Girls - in one episode are PPGs assaulted through a few nights by (can’t remember the name of the one of their enemies, is the monkey one) and this leave their bed wet. PPGs are forced into diapers, the marshall of Townsvill reveal being DL, but finally the monster is busted.
