So I am still really new to this side of myself and still pretty curious about it. Does anyone any guidance they could share?
Like things to look out for, Cheap alternatives, etc?
I know guides/reviews most likely exist on here but still. I don’t know much about ab/dl and regression and would like some pointers on nut just perform g the acts but also off how to put and remove yourself from that mindset.
If anyone has some tips or guidance please shoot me a DM.
Ah, so for performing acts, there’s a lot of variety from what I could see, and honestly, this is kinda vague as an answer and I hate saying it too, but it’s something that you might have to figure out for yourself. Whatever puts you in the head-space is what works.
Some people get into it while coloring pages, building legos or running around outside. A friend of mine gets into the space simply by being smiled at warmly from across the room, now of course that’s his caretaker, but everyone has their own thing with a lot of commonalities!
For me, I get into it by being real cozy in a corner padded up in a blanket, I usually get into and fall asleep.
Probably not healthy mentally, but getting out of it is fairly straightforward in my experience, usually the two main emotions are fear of being discovered and a responsibility to either go to work or school. And very rarely disgust when I “finish” in them, which I really don’t like to talk about and try to abstain from, but it’s what it’s and kills the head-space very effectively.
Ahh well thanks. I haven’t done it much but for me the headspace mostly happens when i am padded watching old VHS tapes or playing my old nintendo games,
