7 Liter Capacity Diapers From Tykables

I just found out Tykables is coming out with diapers that have a 7,000 ml rated capacity - ships September 10th 2020 !

The “7 year old” ordered a case … will be very interested to see how they hold up to my heavy nighttime incontinence issues ( Nocturnal Polyuria ) .

So if you fully saturated it, it would weigh 7 kg or a bit over 15 pounds! That doesn’t sound very practical.

It’d be just about 15 pounds…under 2 gallons! That’d definitely strain the tapes and make one’s hips sore. In all reality, I’d rate any disposable diaper at half-capacity if the wearer is moving; if one’s a motionless blob, I’d go 85-90 percent, max.

Actually it would be roughly 15.8lbs. Urine weighs slightly more then water.

What are the chances we can get an in-depth review on these in the diaper reviews? I find them super helpful because just because they are rated as 7 liters are they actually able to absorb 7 liters or will they leak at half capacity?

I’ll have to click the X to doubt. Haha.

Most diapers only hold like 1/3 - 1/2 of their listed capacity. (As I see Sorandragon also pointed out, there are some great reviews here, supporting this statement.)

Would be cool, tho. Unfortunate that they don’t come in medical/ plain white.

Okay, we reached “peak absorption” around the advent of the ABDL “ultra” grade diaper. 6250ml in a slim profile is enough. Can we focus on other innovations now? I feel like I’m more prepared for a 48 hour space flight connected to a 4 gallon camelback than I am for discretely wearing a diaper around town for 8-12 hours.
