I am an 18 year old lad suffering with incontinence, I recently got boots staydry slip nappies. I will picture them below. I am just wondering how i can make them as discreet as possible under my work clothes (i wear joggers/sweat pants) any advice would be great, really dont want to be exposed at work.

If you got the black ones, I’m sure no one would be able to see the diaper while you bend down. The romper would just look like some sort of athletic gear at the very worst. In fact, It would probably cover up the sound a little bit too. It might add a little bulge to your crotch though so take my suggestion with a grain of salt.
A onesie is a must it helps keep the diaper in place but more importantly it prevents your diaper being seen when your bend or stretch, also wearing pants one size up helps to hide the bulk of your diaper. I wear a betterdry or Rearzs new Hybrid diaper and no one can tell Im diapered its been 5 years now and only 2 people have noticed and said something and that was due to my back pack not my diaper.
Try a premium diaper and you will feel the difference especially the fact you can trust them to do their job, a leak from a sub par diaper is way more noticeable the a thicker premium diaper.
Jogging pants will show the extra bulk even a thinner diaper I would recommend denver haynes relaxed fit jeans in a darker colour one size up with a onesie the combo works for me.
Could you ask your parents for help? I know you’re probably avoiding that but it is a real medical problem and they would want to help you find treatment.
I’m guessing that you are in the UK if you are buying from Boots?
If it is getting worse, you should be able to get products through the NHS by seeing a continence nurse or clinic. Would suggest a referral from your GP
If you have a medical issue, why can’t you tell your parents? I don’t know your parents, but hopefully they would be supportive and help you. If my 17 year old son had an issue like that, I would want to know, so we could help him.
If you are over 18, it falls into patient doctor confidentiality, and they should not involve your parents at all
If you are medically incontinent, probably going through 2-3 pads a day minimum, more if they are crap, how do you plan on hiding that number of nappies from the parents?
They are going to find out, and when they find that you have hidden this from them they will be pissed.
Get better slips; when I started developing issues I used them, but moved over to Tena as it’s what the NHS prescribe. Slightly more expensive, but you won’t regret it at all. The amount of problems I had with the boots stay dry slips… I still use Tena slips from time to time, but depending on what I’m doing, I’ll use something like an ABU Space.
You won’t be very discreet when you leak everywhere because your diaper’s aren’t good enough!
Dude, if you’re experiencing this because. . . Diabetes, or. . . Cancer. . . Your doctor needs to know that. Hell, you need to know that. Go. . . To. . . The. . . Doctor. It is illegal for them to tell your medical information to anyone you don’t want them to, anyway. Seriously, the doctor will lose their license.
